1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PokerStick ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Educational Use Only
PokerStick is an educational play-money poker simulator. No real-money gambling takes place. Virtual chips and bankroll balances have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for currency, prizes, or goods of any kind.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to share your account with others. Notify us immediately at support@pokerstick.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use automated bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the Service; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service; (c) upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content; (d) misrepresent your identity or affiliation; (e) use the Service in violation of any applicable law.
6. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, algorithms, and design within the Service are the property of PokerStick and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal educational purposes only.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of coaching output. Poker coaching and heuristic suggestions are educational guides — not professional gambling advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PokerStick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
