We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, and account credentials when you register. We also collect usage data automatically: pages visited, hands played, decisions made, session duration, and device/browser information.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: (a) provide and improve the Service; (b) generate personalised coaching, leak detection, and drill recommendations based on your decision history; (c) send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts); (d) send optional product update emails (you may opt out at any time).
Decision & Training Data
Your poker decisions, hand history, and performance data are stored to power the coaching engine, leak dashboard, and drill recommendations. This data is associated with your account and is not sold to third parties.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: (a) service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, payments, email delivery) under data processing agreements; (b) law enforcement or regulators if required by law. Community hand posts are public within the platform — you control what you submit.
Cookies
Essential cookies maintain your sign-in session. Vercel Web Analytics measures aggregate page views and product milestones, not advertising cookies. Our custom events exclude names, emails, cards, bankrolls, hand IDs, and invitation tokens. Query strings and sensitive paths are stripped before sending. You can opt out below; browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are also respected.
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@pokerstick.app. Billing records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by law.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; object to certain processing; request a copy of your data in a portable format. Contact us at support@pokerstick.app to exercise these rights.
Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data storage, HTTPS for all data in transit, password authentication managed by Supabase. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong unique password for your account.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it promptly.
