What you’re ordering

One PokerStick handheld costs $99 and includes three months of PokerStick Online Pro. The six-pack costs $534.60 (10% off six $99 handhelds) and includes six separate three-month Pro memberships. For $10 more per six-pack ($544.60 total), replace one Pro membership with three months of Coach. The discount applies to the hardware bundle before the optional $10 upgrade. US shipping is included; applicable tax is shown at checkout. A six-pack ships together to one address. We are initially accepting US shipping addresses only. This is a one-time hardware purchase, not a subscription or a gambling deposit.

The design is still in development. The concept sketch does not guarantee the final enclosure, screen, controls, battery life, or specifications. Cloud sync and handheld multiplayer are not promised. The included online membership is separate from the offline software; the handheld remains usable without an online subscription.

Three months online, on your schedule

Membership codes are provided at shipment. Each single-use code activates three calendar months on one signed-in account when redeemed at pokerstick.app/membership. Codes can be gifted before redemption; they are not transferable after redemption. No card is required and included access never renews automatically. Unredeemed codes have no scheduled expiry.

The Coach option includes one Coach account with 10 student seats, plus five separate Pro codes. Students keep their own accounts; student seats do not themselves grant Pro access. There is only one $10 Coach upgrade per six-pack.

Already have paid or included access? Save your code until that access ends. Redemption does not cancel, refund, extend or change an existing Stripe subscription. After the included period, keep using Free or separately choose Pro ($10/month) or Coach ($29/month). Offline play remains available.

Included memberships have no cash redemption value. If the hardware order is cancelled or refunded, its unused codes and included access are revoked. We do not deduct a membership charge from the hardware refund. Contact support for a partial bundle return so the returned units and corresponding benefits can be reconciled.

Shipping: target 3 months, limit 6 months

Our target is to ship approximately three months after your order. That is an estimate, not a guaranteed three-month delivery date. We commit to dispatching your order no later than six calendar months after the date it is placed. Transit time is additional.

We will email development updates at least monthly while your order is pending. If we cannot meet the six-month shipping deadline, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund, including any tax, within seven days of that deadline. We will not keep your money indefinitely or automatically extend that deadline.

Cancel before shipment for a full refund

Email support@pokerstick.app from your order email address with your receipt or order reference. You can cancel for any reason before the carrier accepts the package. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method within seven days of your request. Your bank may take additional time to post it. No cancellation or restocking fee applies.

After delivery

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Return the device with its included accessories in its original condition. For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping; no restocking fee applies. For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact support and we will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or refund. Refunds are issued within seven days of receiving the return.

These terms do not limit any consumer rights that apply by law.

Your receipt and payment

Checkout is hosted by Stripe. If you place an order, the full price is charged immediately and your email and shipping address are used to fulfill that order. Keep your Stripe receipt. A website redirect alone is not proof of payment.
