What you’re ordering

One PokerStick handheld with its offline poker-training software installed. The $99 founding price includes US shipping; applicable tax is shown at checkout. We are initially accepting US shipping addresses only. This is a one-time hardware purchase, not a subscription or a gambling deposit.

The design is still in development. The concept sketch does not guarantee the final enclosure, screen, controls, battery life, or specifications. Online Pro and Coach subscriptions, cloud sync, and handheld multiplayer are not included.

Shipping: target 3 months, limit 6 months

Our target is to ship approximately three months after your order. That is an estimate, not a guaranteed three-month delivery date. We commit to dispatching your order no later than six calendar months after the date it is placed. Transit time is additional.

We will email development updates at least monthly while your order is pending. If we cannot meet the six-month shipping deadline, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund, including any tax, within seven days of that deadline. We will not keep your money indefinitely or automatically extend that deadline.

Cancel before shipment for a full refund

Email support@pokerstick.app from your order email address with your receipt or order reference. You can cancel for any reason before the carrier accepts the package. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method within seven days of your request. Your bank may take additional time to post it. No cancellation or restocking fee applies.

After delivery

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Return the device with its included accessories in its original condition. For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping; no restocking fee applies. For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact support and we will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or refund. Refunds are issued within seven days of receiving the return.

These terms do not limit any consumer rights that apply by law.

Your receipt and payment

Checkout is hosted by Stripe. If you place an order, the full price is charged immediately and your email and shipping address are used to fulfill that order. Keep your Stripe receipt. A website redirect alone is not proof of payment.
